The programme takes place over a period of 6 months. Participants must attend 10 training/contact days (delivered in 7 modules), where you will engage in workshops with tutor input, group exercises and learning reviews. Beyond this you must:

Complete two assessed skills-based assignments (takes place within the contact sessions)

Complete an assessed work-related project

Maintain a personal development portfolio that illustrates your learning
How long will it take me?
The seven modules, along with associated assessments etc., are typically scheduled across a period of 6 months. If however you wish to deliver the CRS internally in your organisation, we can tailor the timelines to meet your needs.
Note: You have a maximum of two years to complete the requirements of the programme
Does the certificate lead to CIPD membership?
Yes. Whilst studying you are an Affiliate (Studying) member of the CIPD. Successful completion of the Certificate leads to Associate membership of the CIPD.
Note: The registration fee for CIPD membership is not included in the Certificate fee.
